The Iron County Register of Deeds offers electronic delivery and recording of real-estate documents that meet State of Michigan recording requirements. E-recording is a secure, fee-based service generally designed for lenders, title agencies, attorneys and other professionals that record documents in the course of business. To use the service, you must register an account through one of the companies below:
Iron County does not accept the following documents electronically:

Court Certified Documents
Sheriff’s Deeds
Surveys
Plats
Corners
