Construction Code
The Iron County Construction Code office is located on the second floor of the Annex of the Courthouse. General office hours for building permits, fire numbers, etc. are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The office contains the building and electrical inspectors who handle all the cities and townships of Iron County. Office hours for the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control inspector are 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM, pending any inspections.
