In the kitchen, we strive to create meals that are complete and balanced for the camp. As a kitchen staff, we are trained in food safety to ensure a clean and safe work environment. We also work with the counseling staff to pack meals for cookouts and overnights.

​Each meal consists of main dishes and other components to fulfill the needs of the campers. Our staff consists of a head chef, assistant chef, and seven kitchen workers. Before each meal, a cabin comes early to set up the mess hall. During the meals, food is arranged family style and manners are emphasized.
