Youth Camp

Iron County

Camp Batawagama is a place where friendships are made, traditions are shared and valuable, life long lessons are learned. Everyday begins with reveille and ends with taps. Every meal begins and ends with a song. The days are filled with swimming, boating, hiking, wilderness camping, crafts and so much more. It is a place to discover the strength in oneself, the importance of working together and an appreciation for the nature within us and around us. The ideas and the vision that shaped the Batawagama experience over 70 years ago are still alive and relevant today. Batawagama has been a summer place, a home away from home for over four generations of young people.
